Harry Carter, BSc (Hons), MRICS | Director | Chartered Building Surveyor
Harry’s love of architecture was born during an early career in carpentry, working onsite and realising the vision of the design professionals. He is passionate about helping the higher education sector convince undergraduates to realise the benefits of onsite experience - physically learning how to build with different techniques and technologies.
Working alongside architects and surveyors inspired Harry to undertake many years of academic study and professional recognition: a higher national certificate (HNC), BSc first class honours, and chartered membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
His career then took off nationally and internationally with consultancies such as Arcadis, a global design, engineering and management consulting company based in Manchester.
A skilled building surveyor and project manager, Harry’s experience is wide-ranging: new school buildings, warehouses, high-spec residential new builds, historic refurbishments, and budgets from £10 thousand to £18 million.
Pre- and post-contract duties have included: developing client briefs, feasibility studies, economic appraisal, design and specification, statutory compliance, tendering and appointments, contract administration, financial control, reporting, and works progress with quality oversight.
Lauryn Cammack BSc (Hons) Architecture | Architectural Designer
Lauryn is a passionate and creative architectural designer with a First Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Architecture and is currently completing her Masters in Architecture alongside working at Carters Building Consultancy. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has developed her skills in conceptual design, planning drawings, 3D modelling and CGI’s.
Having had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial spaces, it has allowed her to develop knowledge in a variety of architecture styles. Lauryn is proficient in software such as Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite, which helps bring ideas to life with precision and creativity.
Lauryn is committed to creating designs that not only meet the client's needs but also enhance the built environment with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and attention to detail.

Gabriel Houlihan - BSc (Hons) CIAT | Chartered Architectural Technologist
Exceptional architectural designer with six years of Revit modeling experience for large-scale and complex UK construction projects. My experience of building types & construction methods was gained from national RIBA practices.
I produce first-class 3D models & have a thorough demonstratable knowledge of technical construction and detailed drawing sets. Main responsibilities include the day-to-day management of several projects to ensure the finished buildings achieved optimal functionality, were robustly constructed, and performs efficiently and effectively over time.
I have full working knowledge of UK statutory building regulations. My design/technical experiences were acquired from private sector construction projects with a bias toward commercial and residential.
I am an integral part of any design team & prefer to keep communication simple, clear, and concise. As an expert verbal & visual communicator, my interpersonal abilities are enhanced by charismatic charm & personable nature.
