We were appointed to provide full architectural design for an executive new build home in Lytham, a designated conservation area. Construction started 2019 and the project completed 2021.

The new build development has been designed using the latest 3D software. Which enabled the client to collaboratively interact during the design development and throughout the project. This has allowed them to see the design in 3D and walk through the proposals using the virtual software.

The proposal is a three-story executive family home with fantastic sea views which will be maximised to its full potential with large glazing, terrace, and balcony areas.

The development includes a variety of steeply pitched roofs, large architectural glazing features from ground level right the way up to the roof. Internally will be maximised with open plan living, a large central staircase with a gallery, 5 large bedrooms with their own en-suites and walk-in wardrobes. Not only that, a cinema and games room.
