Project Overview
The project consists of an exclusive self-build family home on a previously unused plot of land located on Little Poulton Lane, Poulton le-Fylde.
We have provided a full architectural design for a new build contemporary executive home in Little Poulton.
Based on our initial conversation with the customer we set out to design the home of their dreams. Throughout the design process, we've involved the customer and used the latest 3D technology during our meetings to help to visualise the exterior, the interior space and layout.
A full plans application has just been submitted. Following on from this we have now been appointed to develop the design into technical construction drawings.
