We are pleased to have been appointed to carry out three very different residential remodeling projects in the Lake District.

Carter’s will be providing technical construction drawings, visuals, and schedules of works, acting as contract administrator and project managers during the course of the works.
The first development out of the three is beautiful circa 1920’s detached stone-built "Arts and Crafts" style period property. A large contemporary two-story rear extension has been proposed with gable feature windows maximising the stunning uninterrupted views of the estuary to the rear!

The internal layout will be remodelled proving a large open plan kitchen dining and living area. The existing staircase was relocated with a new feature gallery hallway. A new gym and spa areas. To top it off an executive master
