Absolutely stunning rear home extension and house remodel.
Carters Building Consultancy was asked to create some bespoke designs for a single-story side and rear extension in Lytham St Annes.
The design added a contemporary modern twist to the property by providing a more open plan family environment to the ground floor by allowing the kitchen, the heart of the home, to be more spacious and homely including a snug and dining area for the family. Perfect for entertaining especially with the bi-folding doors providing access to the rear garden, which is ideal for those hot summer days! The kitchen included large floor-to-ceiling windows and roof lights which allowed natural light to flood into the open plan kitchen.
Internally a rustic/ industrial theme has been proposed exposing the fabric having steel beams on show with polished concrete floors.
We are pleased to have received full planning approval for a bespoke single-story side and rear extension. We are now working up technical construction drawings ready for the contractor to make a start in August!
