Project Overview
We are very pleased to present the finished product from our new build bespoke home. The modern dwelling sits on an originally unused plot of land.
The build has been carefully designed and constructed using timber frame construction, blockwork external leaf with render which merges with the surrounding properties. Grey aluminium-framed windows and curtain walling also help cut a striking modern profile against the delicate brickwork.
Accommodation is divided over three floors. It includes 4 bedrooms with the master boasting a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. Other rooms include a large-sized lounge, an open plan kitchen and dining area which opens up into the rear garden, and an integral garage.
The rear garden has been carefully landscaped maiming the fantastic views out to the rear looking out onto the estuary at Grange Over sands. Create a relaxing and tranquil space to enjoy all year round. With outdoor seating, BBQ area, Koi ponds, and hot-tub.
