You will be involved in a range of challenging high-end residential single bespoke design dwellings, Multi plot prestigious developments, and commercial projects. From initial client briefing, design feasibility studies, detail design for planning applications, technical construction drawings for building regulation approval and for construction use.

We're Looking For:
A skilled and experienced Architect / Architectural Designer who has experience working in the high-end residential and commercial sectors. Who will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing and presenting concept designs through to technical construction drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD.
- Contributing to the detailed design process and coordinating detailed design information for building regulation approval and construction drawings.
- Knowledge and understanding of the UK Planning system and planning applications.
- Preparing specifications for construction work.
- Preparing drawings, plans and documents for statutory approvals.
- Contributing to design stage risk assessment.
- Contributing to meetings and document preparation.
- In addition to general duties and responsibilities, all Architectural Designers will have specific duties relative to individual projects / Individual office needs or obligations as set out within the various Directorates.
- Must have a good strong understanding of the RIBA Outline stages of work from concept through to completion.
- A strong visually presented portfolio of experience showing a variety of developments including residential, commercial and leisure.
Qualifications
- No less than 4 years of practice experience.
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), Architectural Technologist Qualification/ or a Member of Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) or Architects Registration Board (ARB).

- Must have a clear working knowledge and understanding of our industry to be able to offer a professional service to client’s teams and other colleagues.
- Possess a commercial knowledge of working within a diversely spread business, ideally from working within a similar operation.
Experience:
UK Architectural Practice: 3-4 years working in the high-end residential and commercial sectors.
Education:
Bachelor of Science and/or master’s degree
