The advice package

There is not a one size fits all service, situations are infinitely variable - so we adapt to clients’ particular circumstances.

Clients in the speculative arena are usually nonprofessional developers (for example a home-owner looking to develop part of their existing garden or having purchased land or buildings to develop) or professional developers (including house builders, small builders and housing associations etc).
