We are excited to announce a new change-of-use application in the heart of Poulton-le-Fylde. The proposals comprise converting the first-floor nightclub formally known as NuBlue/Residence into an ultra-modern, sustainable fitness studio and private personal training facility.
The works will include externally re-roofing the existing slate roof renewing all led and valley flashings, repointing the external brickwork and stonework, making good and decorating the existing first-floor timber frame windows, new ground-floor aluminium entrance doors and windows with new signage.
Internally will be undergoing major renovations, stripping out the nightclub’s fixtures and fittings, and reconfiguring the internal layout to provide state of a art fitness centre. Including a large studio for classes up to 40 people in one class. There is a weights area for one-to-one personal training. The ground floor has a small entrance with a storage and kitchen area for making food preparation and healthy eating suggestions for the users.
