New Build Couch House, Rear Extension, and Remodel, Lytham

Absolutely stunning contemporary house extension Lytham.

Carters Building Consultancy was asked to create some bespoke designs for an executive dwelling in Lytham.

The designs were produced using the client’s initial ideas, we took those ideas and made them a reality.

The project consisted of adding a two-story new build rear coach house to the rear of their garden, single-story rear extension, and internal home remodeling. The existing building had already gone through significant alterations back in 2018 which we provided party wall awards for. Now the main house was very nearly completed we were appointed to provide detailed technical construction drawings for the rear new build couch house, internal layout improvements, and provide a luxurious landscape design for a beautiful courtyard garden and rooftop terrace.

The design added a contemporary modern twist to the traditional victorian property by providing a more open plan family environment to the ground floor by allowing the kitchen, the heart of the home, to be more spacious and homely including a snug dining area for the family. Perfect for entertaining especially with the bi-folding doors providing access to the beautifully landscaped rear garden, which is ideal for those hot summer days and BBQs and connection to the new couch house out to the rear used for a garage and ancillary accoondation.
