The project consists of an exclusive self-build home replacing an existing house in Cheshire. We have provided a full architectural design for a new build contemporary executive home in Cheshire.
This exclusive dwelling has been designed with accommodation spaced over three floors. Getting best use of space and natural light. A huge open plan kitchen, dinner and living area looking out on to the rear garden creating a sense of indoor outdoor pleasure and experience. The main entrance enters into a three story feature stair case and gallery right up the the top floor ceiling creating a huge sense of openness internally when entering the new build home. Off the first floor gallery an eternal balcony has been located centrally to take advantage of the rear gardens and woodland views in the distance.
Five bedrooms have been proposed including a huge master suite with a large walk-in wardrobe and luxury ensuite.
To maximise the floor and room requirements, and maintaining the street scene and rhythm of the street we have created the top floor within the roof space, proposing a mansard roof with vaulted ceilings.
This luxury dwelling also benefits within a home cinema, gym and secondary living areas, one on the ground and one the 2nd floor.
The material choice for the external materials have been selected using the local vernacular, with feature stone surrounds, blended facing brickwork and contemporary feature aluminium windows.
Based on our initial conversation with the customer we set out to design the home of their dreams.
Throughout the design process we've involved the customer and used the latest 3D technology during our meetings to help to visualise the exterior material choices, interior space and the layout with our 3d computer software enabling our client to fully understand the proposals right from an early stage and get the best possible solution.
